How long does it take to get my vehicle once I have paid for it?

It takes 7 working days for vehicles that are in stock. However it may take 2-6 months for special orders or vehicles that are not in stock .

Why don’t you sell other ranges of Toyota models (Highlander, Tundra, etc)?

Toyota produces vehicles to meet specific regional conditions. These usually have to do with compatibility issues relating to fuel chemical composition, terrains and general environmental conditions. Toyota Tanzania sells vehicles meant for Tanzania.

What is the difference between Toyota models sold by Toyota Tanzania and the ones sold by other Toyota sellers?
Every brand-new Toyota vehicle sold through Toyota Tanzania comes with a 3- or 5-years warranty as well as a 3-year preventive maintenance plan. To benefit from the warranty and maintenance plan customers need to purchase their Toyota through an authorized Toyota distributor in the country that they reside in.
Why can’t I buy from Toyota Tanzania if I reside in another African country?
As part of our distributor agreement with Toyota, we are only allowed to sell within the borders of Tanzania. You may purchase through an authorized Toyota distributor in your country.

Yes, we supply parts for an array of Toyota models.
What is the difference between genuine and non-genuine parts?
Toyota Genuine parts are designed, tested, and approved by Toyota, they ensure superior standards of quality, maintain residual value and most importantly keep your Toyota a Toyota. While non genuine parts may seem attractive due to favourable pricing, they will cost you more in the long run due to reduced functionality and substandard quality.
